Insight·Strategy·Activation

Advisor and connector. Built from investing. Focused on execution.

We work where capital meets operations — with founders, operators, and their investors.

Our name

Where insight becomes action.

HASKIL — Hebrew for insight, wisdom, and prudence. It also reads as “has skill.” Where insight becomes action.

Why HASKIL

Two roles, one practice.

Strategy only works when the organization and leadership can deliver it. That’s where we operate — translating strategy into capital, places, and organizations, and bringing together the people and partners to make it real.

HASKIL operates at the intersection of capital, development, and leadership.

Founder Irina Zavina-Tare has sourced, structured, and managed investments — and worked inside the operating businesses that bring them to life.

As an advisor, we bring clarity to strategy, capital, development, and execution. As a connector, we bring together the leaders, partners, and platforms required to deliver it.

Two roles, one practice

Advisor and connector. Strategy and execution are not separate.

Real execution

Experience across investing, development, and operations.

Judgment over process

Clarity on what works — and who can actually deliver it.

Our capabilities

What we do.

Senior hires, organizational design, development advisory, and strategic partnerships.

How we think.

We work where capital meets operations — with founders, operators, and their investors.
